By accessing or using TravelSocial AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
TravelSocial AI is a social media management platform designed for travel and tourism businesses in India. The Service allows you to connect your social media accounts, schedule and publish content, view analytics, and manage your online presence.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
When you connect your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Google Business Profile), you authorize TravelSocial AI to access your account data as permitted by each platform's API. We only access the permissions you explicitly grant. You can disconnect accounts at any time from your Connected Accounts settings.
You agree not to use the Service to: post content that violates any platform's terms of service, engage in spam or automated abuse, impersonate others, or distribute illegal or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through TravelSocial AI. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle your data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party social media platform APIs which may experience downtime or changes beyond our control.
TravelSocial AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or social media account access.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra, India.
